FHA 203k Streamline Make it your dream home!!!

We have added a lender that offers the FHA 203k streamlined program. That means you can fix up the house you are buying and add the repairs to the loan !!!  Incredible stuff. What’s more exciting is the 203k streamline has less red tape and requirements than the regular 203k loan. This means its MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY !!!!   LESS HASSLE !!!

Here are a few details. You can do up to $35,000 in repairs. No minimum repair, no required repairs by FHA, no FHA inspection. ( As with any FHA loan if the appraiser requires a repair it must be done, but you don’t have to hire and FHA inspector to dictate certain repairs).

New Kitchen, New baths, new floors, new roof, replace/repair/ upgrade heating and cooling systems, repair / replace plumbing and electrical systems, Exterior and interior painting, Add replacement windows, doors, siding, Weatherization, Replace appliances, and more….

What you cannot do… any structural items. Add room, Repair structural damage, landscaping, and luxury items ( pool, hot tub, etc)

But you can do a LOT for $35,000 and its all included in the loan.
